This privacy policy explains how Adelphi Vaults(“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects the information you give us. We are committed to keeping your personal data safe and using it only to respond to your enquiries and run our pub.
Information we collect
When you contact us through our website form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, enquiry type, preferred date and any message you send. If you get in touch by phone or email directly, we collect whatever you choose to share with us.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange table reservations or private events, and keep the records required to run our business. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How we store your information
Your enquiry is handled using secure, industry-standard services. Enquiry records are kept confidential and retained only for as long as required, for 24 months from our last contact with you about it.
Analytics, and only if you agree
If you accept optional cookies we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site, which pages are visited, and whether people tap the phone number or email address. Until you accept, none of that runs: Google Analytics is not loaded, no analytics cookies are set, and no identifier is created on your device. If you decline, it stays off. Sending an enquiry is handled the same way either way. Full detail is in the cookie and tracking information.
Separately, we keep a plain tally of how many times each page is viewed and how many people accept or decline optional cookies. It uses no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and creates no identifier: your visit becomes part of a number and no record of it is kept. It is never shared with Google or anyone else.
Your rights
